Brazil license plate recognition is now officially activated on the VEEMCO 5MP ANPR PoE IP Camera.

The camera currently supports Brazil, Venezuela and Turkey license plate recognition, providing a flexible ANPR solution for security integrators, installers and distributors working on vehicle access, parking and traffic monitoring projects.

For projects in Brazil, the camera can be used for license plate recognition at parking entrances, residential gates, industrial facilities, logistics parks and other vehicle access points.

Brazil License Plate Recognition Now Available

For an ANPR camera, regional license plate compatibility is an important part of project deployment.

Different countries have different license plate formats, characters and physical designs. The recognition algorithm therefore needs to be adapted to the target market.
